There are different bad effects that being stressed out can give you and make you feel. Although stress is a normal physiological response of our body to a hostile environment. This condition can affect kids, young adult and the adults however, the effects are more or less different.

Here are some side effects that stress can give you:

- Chest pains
- Palpitation
- Sleeplessness
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Loss of appetite
- Headache, Back pain and Neck pains
- Abdominal discomfort

These effects can lead to more serious health problems that can affect your life. Being under stress is a difficult feeling and you need to find ways to let your stress out.

Exercising and Proper diet can help, looking for hobbies that can divert your mind away from the stress of work and daily activities.

Find a family member or friends that you can talk with. Have a vacation and find a place where you can find peace of mind and feel relaxation.
