I was prescribed about three weeks ago and have been taking 40mg doses two times daily. This has helped me no end. I used to feel like a zombie on Benzos. I have been on SSRI drugs and Tricyclics and anti depressants for my PTSD, but only Inderal seems to have worked for the bodily symptoms of PTSD and have also succeeded in keeping me calm and soothed. Inderal is not just for hyper tension it keeps my recurring attacks and flashbacks in check too. I do not feel the unsteadiness or flushing that I used to experience and I am so much freer of tension now. For me Inderal is a must and I would definitely recommend it for PTSD and tension and worry.
