I am writing this comment after taking the 3mg of lunestaÖand I tell you I have not even slept a second. I feel that at least with ambient I would feel sleepy within 20 to 30 mins. However one of the major disadvantage with ambient is the jerkier motion that is produced in me every hour which will be very annoying 4 others. With lunesta I often require several hours of time to sleep and when I woke up the following morning I feel very tired.
