The hype around Celexa is not true; it does not work as advertised. Usually, I have to take 2-3 meds at the same time, I suffer from depression. I get panic attacks and my anxiety is sometimes out of control. I used to take Celexa, it did not help. Instead, I added a lot of weight. May be it helped me with my mood, but my anxiety was the same. Many months of taking this drug, and hardly any results shows, I think that my case is different, may be the most difficult. I hope it works, I take 10 anti depressants, 3 of which are solely for anxiety, this has been my dose for 14 years. I had stop lifting weights and doing work outs, I had never felt that calm and relaxed. However, I must begin my work, I have tried but due to my bad depression and anxiety, I just cannot concentrate on my work. Recently, I have started taking another med, and I have a feeling that it is right for me. Even though I have been using it only for a week, I hope it does not disappoint me.
